Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
