Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MK Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be happy with your purchase — but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The refund may take 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
